Campaigns are the heart of SlopAds. A campaign is a collection of related articles organized around a topic, keyword theme, or content strategy.

What Is a Campaign?

A campaign groups related articles that share:

  • Content type - All listicles, all how-tos, etc.
  • Execution mode - QUALITY, HYBRID, YOLO, etc.
  • Publishing settings - CMS connection, categories, authors
  • Topic or theme - Related keywords and subject matter

Common Campaign Types

Pillar + Cluster

Create a comprehensive pillar page manually, then use a campaign to generate 10-20 supporting cluster articles that link back to it.

Best for: Building topical authority

Programmatic SEO

Generate hundreds of location-based or product-based landing pages targeting long-tail keywords at scale.

Best for: Local SEO, e-commerce

Product Reviews

Create review and comparison content for affiliate marketing. One campaign per product category.

Best for: Affiliate sites, comparison sites

Editorial Calendar

Ongoing campaign that publishes X articles per week on various topics to maintain content velocity.

YOLO: Instant publish, no review (30-60s)

QUALITY: Maximum quality (120-180s)

Publishing Settings

  • CMS connection: Where to publish (or draft only)
  • Author: Which author to attribute articles to
  • Categories/Tags: Auto-categorization rules
  • Publishing schedule: Immediate, scheduled, or manual
  • Featured images: Auto-generate or use placeholders
