Generate content for your own websites and businesses, create content for clients, modify and edit generated content, and publish content across multiple platforms.
Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content, create spam or phishing attempts, violate intellectual property rights, generate content promoting violence or hate speech, reverse engineer our AI models, resell the service without authorization, circumvent usage limits, or use the service to train competing AI models.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain all rights to content you generate using SlopAds. We claim no ownership over your generated articles, images, or other outputs. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your content however you want.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or factually incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: SlopAds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee content quality, accuracy, originality, SEO performance, search rankings, traffic increases, or business results.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You acknowledge and agree that: SlopAds is a content generation tool. How you use it is your responsibility. Search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) have their own policies and guidelines regarding content quality, spam, and acceptable practices.
We are not responsible or liable for any penalties, deindexing, ranking losses, traffic drops, or other negative consequences imposed by search engines or other platforms resulting from:
You are solely responsible for: Understanding and complying with all search engine policies, reviewing and editing content before publication, monitoring your site's performance and search rankings, and ensuring your content strategy aligns with platform guidelines. SlopAds provides tools; you determine how to use them.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or use the service for illegal activities.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
